About Us
Incepted in the year 1993, Prayas Enterprises is a name to reckon with in the arena of manufacturing, exporting and supplying of a unique range of packaging material. Manufactured using high grade raw material, our gamut of packaging material is widely demanded by our clients in both domestic as well as international markets for their interesting designs, attractive colors and various sizes.
Under the able guidance of our Founder, Mr. Dinesh Shah, we have been able to establish a formidable name for ourselves in the industry. Owing to his vast industry experience and in-depth product knowledge, he has been a source of inspiration for all of us in the organization.
We hold specialization in providing eye-catching and top grade packaging material that that helps us in brand building exercise. Application Area

Our wide range of packaging material is applicable in various industries such as the following:
-Rotogravure printed & laminated rolls and pouches are used to pack chips, biscuits
PVC transparent blisters & HIPS trays for packing cookies, biscuits, panipuri etc.
FMCG Industry:
-Tri-layer pouches and danglers are widely used for packing shampoos, soaps, toothbrushes, detergent powders, shaving cream etc.
Pharmaceutical Industry:
-Specialized tri-layer aluminum foil pouches, BOPP re-usable catch covers for prescriptions and two layer pouches with diapers
-PVC Blisters are used to pack tablets and various other medicines
Garments Industry:
-BOPP re-sealable and reusable pouches are manufactured for briefs, vests, socks etc.
Plastic Products:
PET bottles, lunch boxes, toys, games, electrical switches are some of the plastic products packed in pouches |

Quality Assurance

Being a quality conscious organization, we give prime importance to the quality of the packaging material offered by us that helps us to achieve higher client satisfaction. And to ensure this, we have set up a separate quality control department wherein our quality analysts supervise the various stages of production.
Beginning from the time of procurement of raw material upto the final packaging and storing of the final product, our experts perform random checks to ensure that there isn’t the slightest flaw in the quality and finish of the packaging material manufactured by us.
Some of the parameters on which we perform quality checks are:
• Non-toxic
• Temperature resistance
• Leakage testing
Moreover, all our products are fabricated according to the standards set by IIP (Indian Institute of Packaging). |
Warehousing & Packaging
|
We have a spacious warehouse that is spread over a large area and has an appreciable storing capacity. The storing area is divided into different sections as per the different categories of the packaging material offered by us and the warehouse has separate sections to store raw material and finished items. We take extra precautions to protect the items against quality erosion, deterioration and damage. The range of packaging material offered by us is stored lot-wise, party-wise and category-wise.
Special emphasis is laid on the proper packaging of the finished product, so that the consignments reach our clients in a safe manner and as per the schedule. We make use of quality material for packing our range of packaging material. |
